I bought my spectranet device last week Monday and I returned it to the wuse 2 oti carpets abuja branch because there’s no network in my place. I requested a refund and I filled a form. There said they will call me this week Monday to come and collect my refund. This is Tuesday already and I’ve not received any calls from that branch concerning my refund.
