Please I and other concerned costumers will be glad if the jumia staffs there can be well trained, because it’s not fair and their mishap is reoccurring. I contacted d agents to check if they reversed the transaction and also contacted my bank some of days later. My bank told me that the transaction was reversed.     I received my stock of 103A Black Original Neverstop Laser Toner Reload Kit – W1103A @ 2 units but was surprised to see it is a smaller version of the usual refill.
    I have not used this before but online feedback is as below (in blue text):

    The small version of HP 103AD/103AD Laser Toner Refill have lots of defects,
    1. The level wherein you will hold to push down the ink is fragile easily to break
    2. When you turn the cartridge 180′ degrees on the hole of your printer it will be stuck and you having a hard time turning it back to 180 degrees
    3. Sometimes, actually all the time! our HP Neverstop laser 1000w is having a hard time reading your Small version of HP 103AD Laser Toner Refill Black – W1103AD / W103A

    After I insert the cartridge, and try to turn it 180 degrees, it is stuck, it does not turn 180 Degrees… i put some pressure but it just does not turn… im scared ill break something… so returning it… it says 103A on the cartridge and on the printer… but for some reason i was unable to turn it 180 degrees.
    It would have been much appreciated If I was pre-informed to expect a different form factor of the product.
    I purchased the items as spares.
    I have not opened any of it yet.
    I am hoping my worst fears will not come to pass when I need to refill.

    I am Ibifubara and I have been a Jumia Customer for a long while now but at this moment i have to express my displeasure in the way Jumia has been treating me recently.

    I placed an order on the 15th May 2022 and the order was confirmed waiting for delivery only for me to receive an email days later that my refund is processing for an item i already paid for and confirmed.

    Why and how will Jumia do such a thing without calling me as usual if anything changed along the line. The item is still available online uptil now but the cost has gone more than double the price i paid for the first order.

    Jumia should send me my order because I did not initiate any refund request. You cannot change the transaction agreement after commitment has been made.

  74. I don’t understand why the delay in the delivery of my goods, I have like 3-4 undelivered items now. The person that was supposed to deliver package/s JG-######, I called him when he did not call for hours after getting message from Jumia this morning and it was already past 2pm I close work by 4pm, when I called him he said he was already in the vicinity and he would call me back within few minutes but he did not. I called him again some minutes to 4pm his line was busy, and I intentionally stayed behind till past 5pm because of the item. Only for me to get a message from him something around 8:30pm that he has been trying my number. My number was very okay and he is not the first person to deliver goods to me if I miss any of theirs calls I call back immediately and I get my goods on time. This is the second time I’m experiencing this issue with the same person and what annoys me is not the money at all but the fact that I have to buy the product again for something that is a fault on your part.
    I hope you do something about it, I won’t order for the item again, if you give me the one I’ve paid for fine, if you do not and you still don’t refund the money it’s all good but I am really annoyed about this and not happy at all. What if it is something that costs a fortune so you would tell me to buy it again. Uhmmm okay oo.

    I want to make a complain about the delivery guy that was meant to deliver my order. The guy called yesterday and I told him am at home he said he has passed that area that he will try deliver it today. And few mins ago he called again and I said am at home and he asked for my area and he said he is not coming to that side . I know he will note it that he couldn’t deliver it which is a big lie. This is the reason I Dnt like making my orders from jumia and I prefer konga. Your delivery guys are not responsible am sorry but I just have to say this. I called customer service to report but no one was willing to help.

    I bought some items which i was called by your customer care attendant that the payment was unsuccessful..which i was asked to go pay on deliver.i was surprised seeing a debit alert from my bank that i paid for the same item..which result to double payment for a particular order..pls how can i get a money back??

  83. Morning, I honestly have to show my great displeasure to the attitude of some of your staff, particularly one Mr Afolabi (08067*****) covering Ile Ife, Osun State.

    This is the second time I ordered for a rechargeable clipper. I made payment of (N11,420) already and I received a message when the order was shipped showing the agent’s number to contact (Afolabi 080671695##). I called him and he kept giving excuses here and there. At a point, he outrightly said he is not coming to Ife and that means he will conceal the order again.

    Just few hours later, I saw it on my jumia page that….He has concealed the order because he called my number and he wasn’t going. This is a blatant lie….as this is the second time he will be doing same consecutively. Ofwhich, I am to go pick my package up at your designated pickup location @Parakin, Ile Ife, Osun State.

    I think this act of his is not in anyway helping Jumia at all.
