  2. I was robbed of my belongings after using a Taxjify from olosha to IkejaFabusua Oluwaseun Isaac is the driver name but he was not the one who pick me up but the same plate number, he took my phone ,and money every effort of reaching him is abortive

  4. Bolt Nigeria please help me out of this frustration. I am an old driver. I drove last 2018( still taxify then),due tp absence of vehicle. Now that I have a vehicle,passes inspection and the online quiz but unfortunately, I am yet to be activated to drive but have been tols to be patient until training commence of which date has not been fixed yet. Please kindly help me to stay alive as the owner of the vehicle in my possession is threatening to take it back if situation remain unchanged till friday

Hmmm sir that is the same issue that I’m battling with them here, we’ve have been charting with them since, but up to now they’ve have not answer me,they ask me to verify me, and the mad people that in charge of the verification system are very wicked, is almost a week now that I verify my document since on Tuesday but I still did not get my verification number or evidence that will prove that yes I have done the verification, and here bolt are asking me for the verification report, after telling them that they have not sent me any verification number then they tell me that I should wait for them that is use to take some days to before they will finished the verification meanwhile they have charged me 1000 for the verification, that’s not good, please if the management are not ready to accept us back to their platform why stressing us now I’m tired of this punishment please.

    I saw bonus on my app that for within a week, if I could be able to complete 40 trip I will 8k which I completed before weekend. Secondly on Saturday again I saw a bonus again that I should complete 16 trip then I get bonus of 5k. My question now is after completing all this trip I didn’t see any bonus of my account. I wanted to know why?

    I have completed the application for verification since Sunday 23 January,and pay the sum of five hundred naira (#500) to the account.till now my account has not been activated since Saturday 22,this is get me hurt I have send numerous emails and texts to bolt but till now nothing has changed I can’t get order from client I can’t set location for order.

  33. l just had a very bad end rude behaviour from one of your driver who not only couldnt hide his hatred for kids but also used the opprtunity to steal from me by adding more to the fare because ma hands was full at the moment and trying to bring out d kids bags from the car, pls such a person should not be allowed to drive and work for bolt as his manners was so rude and my kids trumatized from his open hatred for kids
