VFS is the only appointed partner outsourced by the Embassy of Portugal in Nigeria in order to facilitate the visa applications for any person who requires a visa to enter Portugal and who are resident in Nigeria.
Portugal Embassy maintains and promotes the bilateral relationship between Portugal and Nigeria. They aim to provide an efficient service to the applicants. Portugal visa Application Centre maintains a Complaint Register for the benefit of the applicants. The supervisor of the Visa Application Centre shall provide access to the Register on demand.
