I want to swap my 9mobile number but it was unable due to the fact that the number was ported from other network.
My problems concerning this is that I went to the experience center for Sim swap, but they said that I have to do new sim card registration before, and of which I attempt to do that, they told me that they are yet to start New Sim card registration.
